Dear Parents,
Welcome to Faith Christian Academy for the 2025-2026 school year. We are so excited to partner with you in your child’s education. These orientation instructions should help you understand how our 1-12 grade program works and what to expect for this school year.
Monthly Assignments
Each student will receive one assignment packet each month. Each packet will include 5–8 subjects.
Students have about one month to complete and return their assignments by the due date.
Use pencil only for all work.
Complete every book in full before turning it in.
Assignment Due Dates
Assignments that are 60 days overdue will result in automatic dis-enrollment.
Daily Goals
Students are required to set and complete daily goals in each subject. Our official school days are Monday–Thursday.
When assignments are issued, students will also receive a Daily Goal Chart to plan and track their daily progress.
Each school day: Students should begin by setting their goals for the day, then complete those goals in each subject.
Parents: Please check your student’s Daily Goal Chart regularly to ensure they are completing the required work.
Due Date: The completed books must be turned in by the due date.

Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due on the 15th of each month. Payments can be made in any of the following ways:
• Auto Pay: Set up automatic payments through your emailed invoices. (This is highly encouraged to avoid missed or late payments.)
• Online: Via the invoices that are emailed to you.
• By Phone: Call our office to make a payment.
• In Person: Visit our office during regular office hours.
Important Tuition Info
$25 late fee after 7 days past due.
Unpaid invoices after 15 days will result in automatic withdrawal and a truancy record.
$15 monthly fee for students who need their books shipped.
Tutoring
If at any time your child needs additional tutoring, please text or call the school office to schedule a one-on-one tutoring session at the school office or via Zoom with one of our teachers.
Online Parent Portal
To view your child’s assignments, due dates, and grades, tap on the Report Card Portal in your invoice that is emailed to you monthly.
Office Hours
Our normal office hours are Monday-Thursday, 10am-2pm. Please refer to the school calendar for holidays and special events that may affect our office hours.
General Supply List
All Grades: King James Bible, Pencil, Eraser, Notebook paper, Ruler, Black/blue ink pen
1-8 Grade: Colored Pencils, Crayons, Scissors
9-12 Grade: Compass, Protractor, Graph paper
